ATTY.  RODOLFO L. JOCSON, JR., is a graduate of Bachelor of Laws  of  the University of the Philippines and passed the bar in 1982. He is a practicing lawyer by profession.   Since he began practicing law in 1982, he has appeared as counsel in a broad range of litigation cases involving civil issues, corporate disputes, banking, insurance, agrarian, real estate, land use, property rights, labor, patents, copyrights, commercial and business disputes.

Aside from appearing in the regular courts, he has also represented various clients in administrative agencies, tribunals, congressional bodies and special commissions.  He is a Senior Partner of the Manalo Puno  Jocson Bodegon & Penarroyo  Law Offices a Makati based law firm.

He is  the managing director of Pro-guard Security Services Corporation which was organized and formed in 1995. The company is engaged in the business of security and detective services and has more than 200 guards assigned all throughout Luzon.

He is also the legal counsel of the Entrepreneur Society of the Philippines.
